Including an excerpt from Sir Michael Nairn's will dated 30 November, 1915 bequeathing £2000 to the Town Council of Cupar to be divided equally between the Cupar and Ladybank Victoria Nursing associations, and for assisting nursing in the villages of Springfield and Pitlessie.
It states that if any or all of them fail to employ a nurse, the shares would be handed over to the Cupar Cottage Hospital.
