Member of Board, resides Cowdenbeath, mandatory for Mr Lawrence Bowman, Cowdenbeath.

08/11/1867 – had been elected at ratepayers meeting as a member of the Board for the following year. For the Removal of Nuisances it was agreed that Messrs Millar and Rollo give assistance to the Sanitary Officer.

The motion was seconded by Mr Currie. The Chairman however ruled that notice of the motion for the next meeting could only be given and Mr Millar moved accordingly.

14/05/1875 – Mr Millar moved that the motion which he had given notice of at last Board meeting ……..but there being no seconder, the motion dropped.
