This item is an 8-page tenants' brochure, to which colour photographs of the flats before and after demolition have been added, as has a newspaper cutting on photgraphic paper which gives the demolition date as 27 June 2010. The high-rise flats were built in the late 1960s at Sandeman and Kincairne Courts. The brochure provides the name of the builders and caretaker, and gives details of rental charges for lock-up garages, laundry and shop facilities, and tenant rules and guidelines.
