This report has been prepared by the Design Team to outline the work undertaken to date and describe the current design. The Design Team were initially commissioned by Dunfermline District Council to prepare a brief for the new centralised office accomodation and design drawings sufficiently detailed for a planning submission. The planning submission for full planning consent was lodged with the District Council on Tuesday October 3rd 1989.
