Some parts of town and villages are attractive with townscapes which are old and of architectural value. The Council wants to preserve them for the benefit of society now and in the future. This report deals with the Links Road area in Leven. It is a late 19th century residential area of substantial villas and a pleasant environment reflecting the prosperity of the town at that time
