The Kirkcaldy Property Investment Society was instituted in the year 1865. At a general meeting held on 2nd Nov. 1896 it was resolved that the society should be incorporated under the Building Societies Act. At a special meeting held on 1st Nov. 1897 a complete alteration of the rules of the Society was unanimously adopted. This book contains the altered rules
