TheRegister House : the Adam building

Tait, A.A, 1974
Books, Manuscripts
The building of the Register House in Edinburgh established Robert Adam's reputation in Scotland. Although living and working in London, Adam was able to direct the construction of the building from his office in the Adelphi with only a fleeting visit from himself and his brother once a year if necessary.Other buildings credited to Robert Adam were the University and Charlotte Square in Edinburgh.
