This programme gives details of a musical evening held on 9th December 1931 in Viewfield Baptist Church and presided over by Rev. Alexander Clark . Taking place in appreciation of A. B. Sheddon's twenty-five years service as organist and choirmaster of West Baptist Church and later Viewfield Baptist Church, the choirs of both churches performed Handel's "Messiah", conducted by Mr. Sheddon himself. The programme gives a list of soloists, the running order of the oratorio with soloists, a list of other oratorios performed over the years and the names of all choir members. There is a black and white photograph of Mr. Sheddon on the right centre page.
