A collection of three schedules for Townhill Free Church bazaars held at St. Margaret's Hall in Dunfermline. The first dates from 1890 and relates to a bazaar organised to raise funds for paying off the £150 debt incurred through purchasing a manse in 1889 and for building a new church to replace an iron one lent by the Home Mission Committee. This illustrated schedule lists receivers of work and gives a brief history of the parish and its church. A further two schedules from 1900 provide similar information. This bazaar aimed to clear the £500 debt created from building the new church in 1895. The front cover contains an ornately framed depiction of the old iron church and its replacement, which is similar, but on a grander scale.
