There are five scots ballads within this volume, they have been written out using illuminated celtic lettering and each ballad has its own set of Illustrations in black and white in an art nouveau style. This volume is a limited edition reproduction of the original, a one off colour and gold version. Included is a glossary of Scot's language used in the text.

Biography/History:
Robert Burns, A.R.S.A. from Edinburgh was an artist and designer working in an Art Nouveau style. His most well known works are the designs for Crawford's Tea Room (1926), in Edinburgh.
