Contract drawn up between the parties involved to supply the town and suburbs with gas for the purpose of lighting. The company was originally instituted on the 11th November, 1828.This contract lays out the rules and regulations, as of the 11th November, 1891. Being special resolutions agreed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Partners held at Dunfermline on 26th August,1891, confirmed by another extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 28th October,1891.
