Report compiled from the separate reports of civil engineers, Mott, Hay and Anderson and Freeman, Fox and Partners, also from consultation with the Clerk and Treasurer to the Board and the Scottish Home Dept. The Board's findings were used to estimate how much traffic would use the bridge, tailor toll charges and what this income was required to fund. A diagram showing an estimated attraction of traffic to the bridge in 1963 and photographs giving examples of bridge toll booths and administration buildings in Tamar and Auckland, Australia are included.
