The East Area Transport Plan (EATP) has been developed following extensive consultation with local communities in conjunction with the development of the St Andrews and East Fife Local Plan and the Core Path Plan. The East Fife Community Consultation public meetings were held in local centres with displays, presentations and discussions on the transport issues of concern to these communities. Comments received relating to the draft proposals have been used to shape the draft EATP. The EATP will aslo draw together knowledge from other initiatives ongoing within the Council and presents them with local focus.
