In 2017 the family of late Jim Mackie of Ballingry offered his personal collection relating to the social and industrial history of the Benarty area to the Benarty Heritage Group. This volume is the third in a series to be published under the name of 'Beneath the Sleeping Giant' utilising items from Jim's collection. The volume is illustrated with old photographs. It includes poems by Tommy Early and Janet Shand.
