Extracts from original records of administration: many instances of reprimand for drunkeness, swearing, and disorderly behaviour; poor relief payments; payments to workmen; public appointments; persons admitted to membership of the church; payments for burial expenses ; manufacture of tokens etc. There is one reference to a session not being held on account of disruption caused by the Civil War (mobilisation of troops and an anticipated visit by the King).
