Each report includes a list of the trustees, a list of the committees and their members, a list of the staff, letters by Mr Andrew Carnegie explanatory of the Trust and the Report of proceedings for the year. The report recounts the activities of the various committees of the trust and includes photographs, for example in the 1934 report are photographs of the Band Kiosk at Pittencrieff Park illustrating one aspect of the work of the trustees to encourage musical appreciation and culture in the community. The report is completed with the inclusion of the abstract of accounts fot the year.
