This Scheme of Administration describes the structure of committees and sub-committees established by Dunfermline District Council for the prupose of discharging their statutory functions, sets out in general terms provisions regulating the business of all such committees and sub-committees and details the terms of reference of each committee and sub-committee taking account of the provisions of sections 15,16 and 17 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
