Default of terms of contract (major or minor) and monitoring explained, and detailed fault ratings, leading to a monetary penalty explained in detail. List of approved cleaning materials to be used for cleaning D.D.C. premises. Also draft copies of 'Deed of Guarantee', 'Form of tender' and 'Conditions of contract' that constituted a binding contract between the cleaning staff and Dunfermline District Council.
