Article focus is on Town Council matters, and subjects covered include the municipal election, Jubilee celebrations and the failure to secure a proposed West Public Park at Pittencrieff. The final pages deal with Provost Walker's resignation. Thereafter the pages are blank: sitting loosely within them is a copy of London publication The Warehouseman and Draper, dated 22 June 1895. Containing articles and advertisements, it is 40 pages long and 33 cm high.
