Dunfermline District Council sets out in this document its five-year capital plan for 1981/82 – 1985/86 together with figures showing revenue implications of proposed capital expenditure by service. The plan includes estimated costs of, for example, carrying out Phase II works on the Carnegie Centre and the replacement of Kelty Library. The report also gives estimates for costs of projects to be undertaken post-1986, such as the Carnegie Library extension and Carnegie Hall renovation.
