Follow the lives, times and travels of John Gunn and his wife Jean Tod during the Napoleonic Wars. From the small Scottish town of Kirkcaldy until the Regiments deployment to 'Cape of Good Hope' and the 'Battle of Blaauwberg' (Blue Mountain) Cape Town, South Africa on 8th January 1806. John Gunn was killed during the Anglo-American War at the 'Battle of New Orleans', on 8th January 1815 and most likely remains buried in - the still undiscovered - mass grave, along with the 200-300 British casualties.
