This report concerns the proposed Dunfermline Eastern Expansion, also known as DEX before the area became more widely known as Duloch (Park), and was commissioned by Dunfermline District Council, Fife Regional Council and Fife Enterprise in December 1993. The study was carried out by Llewelyn-Davies in association with Babtie Shaw and Morton and Chesterton. It is of interest to see how the expansion of Duloch has evolved rather differently than envisaged in this draft Master Plan.
