This report outlines the need for a new community to be built to allow for the rehousing of workers, primarily coal miners. In the following twenty years the expectation of the coal mines closing in Central Fife and the added output from the mnines in West and East Fife means that new homes need to be bulit to accomodate the change in geographical location of the work place.
