Hand written extract, extracted by Alex Kilgour town clerk on 3rd October 1863. The extract concerns the admittance of Mr Robert Morrison, Boot and Shoemaker of Dunfermline to the position of Burgess of the Burgh of Dunfermline with full power to him to use, exercise and enjoy. Also included on the document and 3 separate stamps, an embossed stamp with the price of 5 shillings, a Scotland stamp with the date 11.12.62 and a Fife and Kinross district stamp with the date 22.8. 63.
