A piece of land has been acquired and set aside us a Public Park for the recreation and enjoyment of the Inhabitants of Dunfermline. Part of the land was donated by the late Mrs Kerr of Middlebank, the remainder acquired by the Corporation of the City on a Lease of 999 years. Includes a list of subscriptions obtained from a few of the wealthier inhabitants of the Town
