This item comprises legal papers in the dispute between the magistrates and Town Council of the Burgh of Inverkeithing and George Graham of Kinross; reference is made to an earlier court decision, that 'George Graham of Kinross is intitled [sic] to the great customs, and the town of Inverkeithing to the small customs levied in the burgh of regality in Kinross'. The papers include a Table of Customs of Kinross from 1776.
