Defences, 28th June 1843 for William Clarke, printer, Dunfermline to the Summons of Damages against him and Thomas H Foggo, teacher in Dunfermline, at the instance of the Reverand John Tod Brown, Minister of the Abbey Church of Dunfermline regarding a pamphlet printed and published by the defender of which Mr Foggo is the author, and the pursuer claims is libellous.
