Handwritten volume of Minutes for the annual meetings of The St Margarets Hall Company (Limited). The volume runs from Monday 6th December 1875 until 29th April 1947. All entries list members present. In some cases there are entries of various expenses incurred. Also clipped to the back of the volume are loose pages of various dates asking the company to pay all dividends and interest due, on all stocks and shares registered. There is also a booklet which is a report by the directors to the annual meeting of shareholders to be held within the hall on Wednesday 28th February, 1940. There are also several sheets of certificates of shares held withing the company.
