Created by the Fife artist Derek Robertson, the work combines writings and prints relating to Mugdrum Island. The writings describe some of the history of the Island and the surrounding area. The illustrations depict the nature, archaeology and the landscape creating a mixture of imagery. The two artistic forms of writing a drawing are woven together to create a representation of the Island through its myths and history whilst grounding them in the landscape and nature.
