Included in the wallet is one Letter dated August 1914 to members is informing them that due to the war the government has taken over the Clubhouse and Golf Course for defensive, military preparations and members are required to produce their memberships cards. One Letter dated February 1912 telling members of a recommendation of the Council to increase the Annual Subscription of £1.10s due to the cost of the Club House improvements.
