Proposed plans for the building of Carnegie Baths and Gymnasium, Pilmuir Street, Dunfermline. Contains an initial proposal to the committee, and goes on to describe the gymnasium, the swimming pool and Turkish Baths and how they would operate in terms of heating the water and air to be used. Also contains sketches of the propsed front of the building with a recessed quadrangle, floor plans and interiors of gymnasium and swimming pond.
