Poster advertsing the leasing of land by the Burgh of Dunfermline. In this instance the land refered to is described as two miles north-east of the burgh and consists of 130 imperial acres of whole seams of coal, shale, ironstone and fireclay. The reverse contains hand written notes by the Burgh Officer.
