This commemorative item celebrates the opening of the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Memorial (now known as the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace Museum). It contains a wealth of information including names of contractors, architect, sculptor of the carvings, and the blacksmith responsible for the decorative wrought-iron work.
