A lecture given to the members of the Societe Internationale de Philologie, Sciences et Beaux-Arts, november 29, 1926. The lecture given by Mr G. C. Meiklejohn relates the theory that the pictish people known as the Horestii were from Fife. In particular the author describes discoveries at a site called Bellshill near Pettymuir, south-east of Dunfermline, and is his belief that it is the long looked for Bronze Age city of Guidi. The printed version of the lecture is illustrated with photographs of the site of the archaeological dig.
