Illustrated and detailed descriptions of sections of walks along the Fife coast. These have been typewritten and then hand bound together. It is assumed that the person who bound the volume is also the author although this is not stated on the book. It is a unique and beautifully bound item. The walks covered are Newburgh to Flisk, Flisk to Balmerino, Balmerino to the Tay Road Bridge, Tay Road Bridge to Kinshaldy, Guardbridge to St. Andrews, St. Andrews to Kingsbarns, Kingsbarns to Crail, Crail to St. Monans, St. Monans to Lower Largo. The routes are illustrated with photographs of points of interest with a brief summary of some of the history or interesting observations. The last pages of the book include a list of the animals and plants seen on the walks undertaken in spring of 1981. There is also some definitions of names and includes some of the stories associated with the place names found on the routes.
